Julian is a Gerrards Cross resident, having moved into the area over 20 years ago to bring up his family.
He was an advertising executive working at some of the most famous agencies.
A member of the Liberal Democrats for most of his life and has worked with many MP's and Party Leaders.
He was recently involved in the campaign to stop the GX multi storey car park proposed by the Conservatives.
